It’s rather strange cycling through Southwold during the lockdown, but it does enable you to enjoy the more or less uncluttered streets and paths.
I know this is a few years old, so some things may have changed a bit inside Mandalay in Southwold, Suffolk, but in these days of the corona virus shutdown, I thought it would be nice to have an opportunity to take a look again
IMG_8052 IMG_8138 IMG_8074 Over the winter, there are often tides at Southwold that are higher than usual, and 11th of February 2020 was no exception. Don’t worry, though, as no flood water has reached Mandalay; even in the great floods of 1953, Mandalay was surrounded by water, but not flooded.
